Stredni skola gastronomie a sluzeb is a mixed secondary vocational school of 510 students across an age range of 15 to 19. We also have three classes of part-time students (adults). Students are trained in seven different areas - beauticians, hairdressers, cooks, waiters, confectioners, shop assistants and hotel manager. There are 35 teachers of theoretical and practical subjects as well. We have 19 students with specific educational needs, two of them need a help of assistant, and one Romany students involved in the special programe of Ministry of Education (free meal, bus fare etc.).
Students at our school can study three foreign languages - English, German and adult students can study Russian.
We are urban school and almost half of the students commute from other places.
